Main Role:Enquiry processing , Model Selection Assistance , Technical clarifications (basic) , Quotations , Order Follow-ups , Order processing , Dispatch coordination
Other Responsibilities:Preparing & maintaining MIS reports & All Tracker ; Order entries in ERP ; Business Development & lead Generation (Google) ; Marketing activities to support sales (Coordination for Exhibitions etc)
