· Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming them appropriately
· Prepare Opportunity & Leads in SAP CRM
· Understand Client's approach & resolve queries
· Assign clients to respective sales executives
· Maintain service call records and assign technicians
· Ensure every service call is completed within SLA
· Report daily activities to reporting manager
· Ensure special guest/VIP’s are treated with due diligence and inform management about
their visits.
· Fix appointments with architects/clients.
