• Candidate should be responsible for auditing the calls of different departments sales manager

• Coordinating with direct clients assigned to sales manager to resolve the pain point , if needed   

• Candidate should have strong knowledge of qualiting the calls and making the report

• Candidate should have problem solving skills

• Strong hold on communication (read and write)
