Job description

  • Reporting to: Sales Manager - Sales Operation
  • Taking care of the enquires received from the client.
  • Providing quotation and TAT to client & Negotiating if required.
  • Sharing all necessary information to the client related to requested material.
  • On receipt of PO, forward the requirement to the manufacturing unit.
  • Follow-up with the unit handler to get the material manufactured within TAT.
  • Follow-up with the logistics team and get the material dispatched to the client on or before TAT.
  • Follow-up with accounts Team for invoicing the client.
  • Adhering to the end to end sales process from the new enquiry received from the client till the payment received (As per the existing process).
  • Resolves Customer Complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
  • Ensuring high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) at all times
  • Independently manage the sales cycle end to end from cold calling, business development, negotiation and closure of the deal.
  • Effective account management for the existing clients
  • Identify potential clients and decision makers within the client
  • Forecast Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue.
  • Generate timely sales reports
  • Maintain high quality relationships with clients.
  • Follow-up with client for payments as and when required.
