Job description

Growth focused - Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base exponentially
Engage with clients and the team to have continuous feedback and drive the product growth accordingly
Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 10-15 people
Data focused decision making, good with setting up MIS/review processes, ability to use analytics for nuanced decision making
Ability to network with fleet owners & different trucking channels
Demand forecasting and analysis, drive sales statically keeping in view of competitive analysis

- Must have experience as Sales and Operations Growth Manager who has managed Sales, Operation's Planning and Strategies with any Startup like Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats, Paytm, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdea, OLA, Uber, OYO, Treebo, Udaan etc
