· Involves answering inquiries and educating customers on services in addition to resolving complaints
· Sales consultants must maintain strong brand knowledge ranging from products, accessories, and service features to promotions, pricing plans, competitor offers, and service features
· Will be responsible for retaining specific existing strategic revenue while up-selling and cross-selling to those customers to drive incremental new business
· Must exhibit competitively spirited and personable characteristics to meet sales goals
· Responsible for delivering sales metrics and improving customer NPS
· Will work leads that are specific to retaining current business customers in designated territories and following behind large sales to ensure after original sales complete they cross sell into other areas of the business.
· Will be responsible for obtaining renewal contracts, new contracts, and closing business directly with customers to retain business and client relationships.
· Required to manage account escalations while in direct contact with customers
· Responsible for designing and providing solutions to meet customers' strategic business priorities
· Must have the ability and desire to understand the customers business at a fundamental level as well as how to apply the newest technologies and products across the depth of the product portfolio.
