Job Responsibilities:
Ability to manage all the parameters of the business.
Insurance Advisor Recruitment.
Advisor Business Activation.
Insurance Premium Collection.
Ensure that the Insurance Advisors are engaged, motivated and productive by forging a strong relationship.
Ensure that Agents are constantly inducted, activated and productive.
Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the agents income exceed benchmark.
To achieve product wise monthly business targets
Understand the Agents business in depth and seek opportunities for business development
Goal setting of all Insurance Agents / Advisors in their team.
Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of all the
Relationship they are managing to ensure that they are on track to
achieve their goals.
Regular Field observation and Demonstration with the agency force.
Regularly visit there agents in there home and offices.

Age Limit - 25 to 40 years
Education - Gradaduate degree (15 years education is Mandatory)
Experience - Minimum 1 year sales experience
Designation - Business Sales Manager - 3nos
Business Development Manager - 5nos

Sales Manager - 5nos
Fixed CTC - upto 11 lacs per annum Salary
