Job Title       : Recruitment Development Manager

Location       : Ahmedabad

Experience  : 2  years 
Salary           : up to 3.25 LPA + Incentives + Reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take care of recruiting new Investment Advisors/Agents
• Train and motivate them
• Help them achieving the individual and team targets
• Revenue generation

 Desired Profile :-

• Graduate
• 2  years experience In hardcore sales
• Two wheeler vehicle compulsory
• Age - Max 45 years.
