Job description

Responsible to handle customer service requirements like account opening, D MAT account opening, grievances, liability product selling, education on product features, cheque book issuance.
Advice customers on various banking and financial products and services offered by the bank.
Customer acquisition through referrals from existing customers.
Engage with assigned portfolio of bank customers
Achieve sales targets for bank and investment products. Going beyond the professed need of the
customer by providing other products.
Responsible to cross sell other bank products introduced and meeting business objectives
Adhering to all Policies and terms.
Act as a back-up to relationship managers holding HNI relationships.
Ensure low attrition ratios.

- Min Graduate with Good Communication Skill

- Business Banking loans to fund customer’s business - Lending side products like : Working Capital { Credit Limit/ Overdraft limits} Loan against Property/ Biz. Loans/ECG {SMEs’ Corporate loan} + Current Accounts. + 30% X-sell.

- No experience of Personal Loan/Home Loan/Car loan required for this role.

- Currently Should be from Banking, MF, AMC & Securities Background industries only

- 70% KRA is Lending & TradeFX ( 3 to 4 crore )
