Job Description-
Key Responsibilities - Experience in customer success and/or Customer Interaction/sales.
- Single point of contact for B2B clients all along their lifecycle, starting from onboarding to Help.
- Individual Contributor as well as Manage Accounts/Executive/s (1 to 2)
- Role focuses on working with clients( Doctors)
- Conveying Platform Functionality and periodic changes to clients(Doctors)
- Active listening and reading-between-the-lines to identify and prevent customer churns.
- B2B Process demanding Account Management
- Phone and email etiquettes to effectively address client queries and provide effective resolution
- Excellent communication skills, past experience of building strong relationships
What the Reltionship Officer at DocON Technologies does NOT do: - We're not a call center neither are we a non-voice process and do not handle back-to-back calls or paperwork.
- Not a Sales Profile. We work in conjunction with the Sales team to identify possible opportunities of Upsells/Referrals.

- What we mean by digitise is to digitise the most fundamental unit in healthcare i.e.the prescription, as a prescription contains everything related to a consultation - the doctor details, patients demographics, symptoms, diagnosis, medicines, investigations..
- So if we are able to digitise these prescriptions & create a structured repository of these prescriptions - we can build a lot of services on top of it like e-pharmacy, information, data analytics for pharma & public health.
We are currently India’s biggest e-prescription platform - more than 1000 doctors have digitised 5 million+ e-prescriptions for almost 2 million patients using DocOn.
