Role: Relationship Manager (territory sales)
Base Location:- Mysore, Mangalore, Bangalore, Shivamogga
Job Description:-
This role is individual contributor role wherein the candidate will be given a particular territory/area wherein he/she would have to visit merchants across different categories ( big/small ) , meet customers, present the benefits of the products, close sales and the face of the company in the retail market.
o Pitch the right to offer or persuade them to purchase the services.
§ Answers customer's questions pertaining to service being offered.
o Be the point of contact for the customers and work with the CRM team resolve any issues they might face.
Required Skill Set :-
o Basic knowledge of methods involved in showing, promoting, and selling products or services
o English.
o Judging Customer Behaviour and accordingly moulding the sales pitch
o Passionate, go-getter and result focussed.
o 1-2 years and above experience in selling, experience in electronics.
