Job Description:

* Achievement of business targets on CA and Term deposit number and value

* Drive acquisition of good quality MSE Liability relationships through increased market acceptance and product penetration.

* Maximize wallet share of each of the customers, by using digital Channels, Alliances

* Improve transaction frequency and thru put by offering customized collection/ payment solutions

Required Candidate profile

* Banking experience in Retail Liabilities / Business Banking.

* Experience of using Digital platforms and Alliances to acquire and service customers

* Excellent Execution and Communication skills

* Strong sales background and intimate knowledge of the marketplace
