Affiliate – Insurance Relationship Manager
Role Description:
- To achieve the business objectives and targets for the assigned partners/locations through proactive relationship & sales management.
- To ensure that Health Insurance becomes a primary contributor to the partner portfolio while achieving the assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving Health insurance sales targets through the assigned location.
- Building partner channel through daily meeting and different engagement for portfolio growth
- Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets
- Train & motivate the partners’ employees on timely basis on product and new developments.
- Login and Conversion of Health Insurance.
- Responsible for business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority
- To enable partner sales staff to promote and secure sales of health insurance products to their customers by providing real-time product, marketing and technical support before, after or during the sales through central support center
- Create the excitement for Health Insurance within the partner organization through various engagement and R&R initiatives
- Drive group deals in the designated region for driving portfolio growth
- To identify the execution gaps in selling Health Insurance through the partner teams and work with the sales hierarchy to ensure filling of the gaps for a more efficient & effective sales execution.
Requirement:
- Good communication skills
- 1-4 years’ experience in health insurance channel sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
