Relationship Manager (Bancassurance)- Indusind bank

• Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locations
  
• Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue
• Implement all sales initiatives so as to meet its objectives 
• Day to day activities of channel management
• Conduct out of office calls as per the defined Sales Activity Management.
• Adherence to the sales management process.
• Conducting business development activities viz lead generation etc.
• Need to be immediately certified as IRDA specified person on joining
• Interact regularly with the channels at agreed levels to have a committed and a partnership based relationship. 
• Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters. 
• At all times keep the motivation of the sales staff of your channel to achieve the required sales objectives
