· Understand customers and how they relate to our offerings
· Full understanding of IT Landscape of clients
· Contacting potential Customers to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
· Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
· Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
· Responsible for devising/ updating the sales models in collaboration with management team.
· Maintaining a thorough understanding of the market, client’s industry, including industry trends, business processes, financial measurements and performance indicators, and key client competitors in their industry Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
· Looking after whole sales process till the invoicing and payment collection .
· To work and coordinate with various team members for providing better customer service
· Developing quotes and proposals for Customers.
· Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
