L&D Coordination to arrange trainer & training Venue to conduct training sessions as scheduled.
Dedicated hiring (end to end process) for Internal Job Postings & external hiring – ADE (account development executives, Process Associates & supervisor.
Reporting on Hiring trend for entire Amazon logistics.
Vendor Engagements: providing solution for vendor queries.
Stake holder management: Well experienced with stake holder management, should document the strategies which will be used to manage stakeholder according to their power and interest in the project.
Flexible in travelling to various locations as per business requirements.
Maintains a recruitment database and recruiting materials. Tracking performance of staffing partners on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Familiarity with HR databases (HRIS), applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
Conducting a preliminary discussion with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills, and aspirations (based on work, position, salary, other Benefits, etc.)
