Handling staffing partners to fulfill ATS requirements across South, Central and East.
Responsible for end to end onboarding process (requirement sharing with staffing partner, selection process, approval & onboarding process).
Tracking and maintenance of headcount on Daily basis and sharing the Headcount to all the Vendors & aligning the vendors to work for the same.
Developing strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers for Planning Hiring Activities.
L&D Coordination to arrange trainer & training Venue to conduct training sessions as scheduled.
Dedicated hiring (end to end process) for Internal Job Postings & external hiring – ADE, PA & supervisor.
Reporting on Hiring trend for entire Amazon logistics.
Vendor Engagements: providing solution for vendor queries.
Handling Flex & login id issues for PAN India.
Responsible for rehiring & re onboarding of eligible associates.
Conducting referral event in delivery stations & coordinating with station team.
Maintains recruitment database and recruiting materials. Tracking performance of staffing partners on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Familiarity with HR databases (HRIS), applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
Handling Attendance Reports on First Day of Joining at Training Venue.
Conducting preliminary discussion with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary, other Benefits, etc.)
