Job Description

  • Receiving & re-directing all incoming calls and relaying telephone messages 
  • Front office coordination & maintenance of the reception area
  • Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls
  • Keeping track of all visitors visiting our office & guiding them to the concerned person.
  • Co-ordination with vendors for small plumbing & repair work.
  • Scanning of cheques & sending to vendors or concerned employees.
