Job description

We are looking for Female Receptionist who can start immediately :


  • Attending Incoming & Outgoing call
  • Arrange travel booking, itineraries and VISA applications
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office, Email, English
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines on a daily basis
  • Typing, compiling and preparing emails, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.



Job Requirements:

  • MBA / Bachelor degree holder.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience office admin/executive support experience.
  • Comfortable working in a lean environment.
  • Prior event management experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Proactive individual to deliver work excellence.
