Job description

Reception:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Direct persons to correct destination

Admin :

  • Updating the Daily Dispatch Sheet.
  • Updating the Return Sheet.
  • Updating RVP Sheet.
  • Updating Replacement Sheet.
  • Placing the order on Zoho.
  • Placing the order of sales team on Zoho.
  • Placing the order of Office on Zoho.
  • Updating the order number in Shopify.
  • Checking the daily status in dispatch sheet.
  • Managing dealers and distributors orders on a daily basis.
  • Preparation of customer proposals or tender documents
  • Developing proposals, processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders.
  • Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
  • Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Able to handle the front desk
  • Able to handle queries related to dispatch, courier.
