- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Direct persons to correct destination
Admin :
- Updating the Daily Dispatch Sheet.
- Updating the Return Sheet.
- Updating RVP Sheet.
- Updating Replacement Sheet.
- Placing the order on Zoho.
- Placing the order of sales team on Zoho.
- Placing the order of Office on Zoho.
- Updating the order number in Shopify.
- Checking the daily status in dispatch sheet.
- Managing dealers and distributors orders on a daily basis.
- Preparation of customer proposals or tender documents
- Developing proposals, processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders.
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
- Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.
