Position- Quality Supervisor for Ceiling Fan

Roles & Responsibilities-
a. Supervising and maintaining a high degree of visibility and access to employees on distribution center floor throughout the shift.
b. Maintains department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.
d. Develops on-going process improvements to drive departmental efficiency.
e. Accountability for employee Performance, Quality and Development.
f. Manage paint shop, machine shop, pressure die casting shop, assembly and stator winding lines to enhance installed capacity.
g. Managing all quality issues including supervising incoming quality control for electrical materials.
