Shift : 11:00AM to 8:00PM (IST).

Preferred: Male Candidate.
Work Location: Maruthi Chambers.
Job Responsibilities;
Audit inbound and outbound transactions as per the internal quality guidelines.
Ensure that regular reports are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide clear, concise and accurate information in response to enquiries from other departments.
Liaise and ensure good working relationships with other key management personnel e.g. operations, sales and training.
Conduct mock call sessions to certify new advisors before they go live.
Skill /Competencies;
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of staff/management must have excellent written and verbal skills: English
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Comfortable in working with both qualitative & quantitative data/information
Good analytical ability.
Should be self-driven and be able to work under minimal supervision.
Should have good multi-tasking and decision-making skills.
