· Proven work experience as a Purchase executive or similar role
· Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
· Proven experience in handling building materials, electrical, ceramics and plumbing
· Understanding of supply chain procedures
· Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
· Negotiation skills
· Any degree in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
· Diploma in material management is an added advantage
· Required 0-5 years of experience in similar field
· Proficiency in English both writing and speaking is must
