Job description

Purchase materials in a timely manner and at the lowest cost.
Acquisition of Quotation/Estimates based on the requirement.
Initial Negotiation with the Vendor.
Creation of Comparison Report.
Creation of Purchase Orders based on the Approvals.
Follow up for the on-time Delivery of Ordered Product/Services.
Handing over of the Products/Service to the end User with Supporting Documents.
Payment coordination with Vendor and Accounts Team.
Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.
Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
