We enable first-hand feedback from our shoppers to reach our clients. This feedback comes from shoppers with diverse backgrounds (different age-groups, communities, qualifications etc.) which forms the crux of the analysis that helps our clients improve their business.
Position: Full-time Copy Editors
Details:
Copy Editors ensure smooth, timely and error-free mystery auditing reports with high quality within tight deadlines.
Our expectation from our Copy Editors will be the following :
Review the questionnaires submitted by the evaluators (mystery shoppers) and convert them into audit reports by Correcting errors (grammatical, spelling, syntax);
Performing fact-checks (which often involves interaction with the shopper and internal teams)
Ensuring that the report is complete and does not have obvious contradictions, inconsistencies or omissions.
Requirements:
Candidate must have excellent command over English language.
Candidate should be open to targets.
