Looking for Project Manager - Healthcare
Location : Hyderabad
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conceptualize and develop a content blueprint to build a comprehensive cancer care management suite for consumption
by patients and caregivers.
• Liaison with the medical team, customer operations team and the product team to get inputs and coordinate the
development work
• Coordinate with different teams to build, launch and operate the onco care management program.
• Engage with medical team to create different scenarios to offer a more customized care management experience to
different cohorts of patients
• Ensure laser sharp focus on exceptional customer experience at all levels.
• Track and update the progress of project.
• Work with relevant teams to ensure growth of program as a revenue stream.
• Work with product and development team to ensure timely launch of the product
• Get feedback from customers and study customer journey post launch to iterate and optimize the experience
• Research various care navigation tools available in the market.
What we are looking for:
• A graduate degree preferably with a medical background (MBBS, BDS, Btech in Biotech)
• 8-10 years of experience in healthcare product and/or a customer facing role
• Experience with dealing with multiple stakeholders in a project.
• Experience in healthcare industry would be a plus point
• Project handling experience would be preferred.
