Job Requirement:
· Technical project manager with a minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager in IT company
· preferable with IT or management background
· Must have knowledge of complete SDLC (software development life cycle)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skill with overseas customers
· Basic knowledge about programming using PHP, .NET, Android or IOS
· Good to have PMP/PMI certification
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and develop the appropriate test approach
· Experience for handling large/mid-size enterprise projects and all phases of the same in web development / mobile development/designing/ testing
· Experience in working in Agile environment
Job Responsibilities:
· Requirement gathering, functional and technical specification documents creation, wireframe designing
· Define the scope of work and ensure delivery
· Project planning, milestones creation, set priorities and meet deadlines
· Work allocation to team members and scrum meetings
· Engagement with client, reporting and relationship building, daily / weekly status update meetings
· Ensure quality of work is developed by the team and delivered to the client on time
· Decision making, influencing and leading
· Working with tools like JIRA, confluence, TFS, Basecamp, Mantis, Bugzilla
