Required Skills:
- Project Planning

- Develop project plans and stay on top of the To-Dos for the team
- Arrange and participate in discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment
- Assume responsibility for delivery by ensuring all components of the project are successfully completed and transitioned to the relevant team

- Adapts to changes in work (i.e. new client requirements or specifications)
- Adjusts working hours to accommodate busy periods
- Able to motivate and guide the team in high load situation to resolve complex application issues

- Keen to build product from scratch and work closely with architects, Product Manager, Designers and Development team
- Will be involved in the application development planning where applications are planned, designed, developed, deployed and tested from scratch

- Working on both, product based and project based Applications
- Guide the team to Integrate application with different kinds of hardware devices as per client requirements
- Able to take the client requirements for any project and convert all details to coding/testing tasks along with project planning and accurate timelines
- Able to discuss with clients about software and hardware requirements for the integration projects
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Able to plan for Bug fixing and improving application performance
Preferred Skills:
- Provide management-level sprint and release planning. Analyze risk and mitigation accordingly, including contingency planning and initiating corrective action
- Experience in managing vendors and partners
- Good understanding of latest web and mobile technologies, database design and API's
- Detail oriented in approach to defining project tasks for technical members
- Skilled in PMBOK and Agile methodologies
- Adaptable and quick learner when it comes to new technologies
- Exemplary verbal and written communications skills
- Scrum/Agile environment understanding and compatibility
- Certification – Project Management related
- Certification – Any other software certification will be a plus
