Qual: BE/BTech with 15 to 20 years experience as Operation Head.
Manage IT Infra / City Surveillance projects entire life-cycle from concept to in-time
delivery
o Experience in implementation of projects in Disaster Management, Safe City, Smart
City, CAD, Data Center, Networking, and Software Plat forms.
o Executing project with surveillance cameras, fibre optic design and cabling, command
and control system, Server / Storage and Networking.
o Handling implementation and operations of projects SCS
o Handling Vendors/ OEM for the Daily, Monthly and Quarterly reports for meeting the
SLA
o Planning, Installation, Configuration and Integration of Products of Sever, Cameras,
Cabling, Command Control System.
o Configuration and management of the Servers to meet the SLA of high availability.
o Ensure technical feasibility of the project before initiation of the project
o Create detailed project plan with resources & timelines, continuously monitor and track
the progress of the project
o Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of
projects
o Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, as per the scope and within stipulated
budget
o Ensure resource availability and allocation
o Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
o Report project progress and escalate deviations, if any, to management as needed
o Establish & maintain relationship with the vendors and internal stakeholders
o Perform risk management to minimize project risks
o Create and maintain comprehensive Project Documentation
o Publish regular MIS to management
Desired Candidate Profile
o Should have managed IT Infra Projects in medium to large organization.
Knowledge about various project management tools like SAP, Primavera, MS Projects
o Experience of handling large scale Application rollout in distributed office setup
o Knowledge of advanced concepts and basic principles of data communication, IT system
Hardware and software
o Ability to develop and monitor program schedules and timelines to identify and meet
critical mile stones
o Excellent communication skills
o Vendor management skills
