Job Summary
Focal Skill Development Pvt. Ltd has been constituted with the objective of introducing professional and systematic approach of skill development in the Skill Development Sector using an innovative and collaborative approach. Our endeavor is to reach out to the youth in rural and semi urban areas and empower them with livelihood opportunities using skill development. In this quest we are focused to develop innovative solutions to constraints like regional content, industry experienced faculty, industry linkages, placements and standard processes. The urge to provide solution to these constraints in an affordable manner to the skill development sector along with development of efficient and long term sustainable business led to the initiative called FOCAL SKILL. Responsibilities and Duties

• Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Measure program training effectiveness
• Responsible for on-going observations of direct reports, providing guidance, mentoring and support that focus on performance improvement of the candidate.

• Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
• Customer/ Client Handling Skills
• Experience in any product/process/soft skill/up-skilling training

Qualifications and Skills
**
Qualification: Candidate should be graduate in any stream.

Job Location : Zirakpur (travelling in Gohana(Haryana) and Himachal Pradesh)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 to ₹40,000.00 /month
