Project Coordinator

Job Description: -

1. Preparation of Rate Analysis, Estimation & Preparing quotation for the Clients
2. Preparing Budget Cost of the project.
3. Preparing Tender & BOQ.
4. Co-ordination between the teams of Consultants & the teams of Contractors
5. Co-coordination with Clients.
6. Attending meetings held between Managing Director and Clients, Vendors & Contractors and scribble down the minutes of meeting.
7. Site Visit & Site Supervision
8. MS-Project, Barchart
9. Preparing Feasibility report for SRA and Redevelopment project as per the current Rules. 

• Preparing Comparative statement & Negotiation.
• Comparative statement of different vendors, suppliers & contractors.

Required Skill & Knowledge:-

Knowledge of SRA Rules and Building proposals for development under different schemes 

BE/Diploma in Civil, with 2-3 Years of Experience

Computer Skills: - Windows / AutoCAD -2D (100%)
