Roles and Responsibilities - Collaborate with the operations team to maintain a healthy delivery pipeline and ensure timely delivery of client requirements within the agreed SLA. - Resolve any issues faced by the client, ensure redressal for complaints within the shortest span of time. - Liaise between the client and internal teams. Interact and coordinate with all departments working on the same account. - Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients - Update clients through email, phone and online presentations - Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed - Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level - Soft Skills Required: Great Interpersonal Skills, Excellent communication, Attention to detail, quick thinker, Self starter
