Job Summary - Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the overall program and resources in Sewa Uttarakhand project under the guidance of project manager. This is a high career growth potential opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Coordination for various projects running under Sewa Uttarakhand project
  • Effective communication & coordination among all resources(human, physical and knowledge)
  • Conduct various capacity building workshop for local team and community
  • Participate actively for formulation of official rules & regulations
  • Strategy planning and successful implementation in discussion with project manager and team
  • Preparation of various project progress reports(Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annually)
  • Acts as Sewa Ambassador (Representative) and understand need of the project and share the same in timely fashion
  • Regular monitoring of project activities and need based evaluation of the same. Suggest corrective measures to Project Manager and take lead for implementation
  • Liaison and coordinate with different stakeholders for successful implementation of events, functions, activities etc.
  • Responsible for budget preparation and finance management
  • Responsible for record keeping, Archival, Database management, Overall administration and management
  • Understand and analyse outcome of various programs running(developing case studies, analytical reports, success stories, proposals, articles and development of marketing material)
  • Screening & hiring of individuals required for various tasks/activities. Performance assessment of employees and regular HR related activities
  • Accomplishment of any other task as designated when required
