Job Overview:
- To coordinate with departments for monthly requirements and transferring goods on time without reminders
- To Coordinate and plan effectively the work schedules with both production and operations team to ensure meeting targets
- To ensure on time QC & QA to meet requirements. Ensures no conditional QC and packaging errors like batch no. etc.
- To Timely alert purchase team on extra requirements & defects in material to avoid delay in operations work
- Timely maintenance of details like filling , losses and packing data in tally system and maintaining MIS for easy retrieval of any data
- Maintaining MIS of factory work flow & able to bring new dimensions to its output. Making sure that report is generated on time & learning from it
- To initiate new approaches to reduce filling losses and wastage of PM and sensitises team members about it
- To understands & documents\ the reasons/root cause why OT gets initiated and planning effectively to minimise OT costs
- To motivate team members to reach their potential & in turn increase per person's productivity. Maintains data about each team member's performance over a period of time
- To Maintain documents and records of purchases
- To Meet requirements of GMP, ISO and HALAL certifications
- To ensure careful work habits that comply with safety/statutory requirements
