Role Dimensions:
Candidates should possess formwork engineering background mandatory
Primary Role:
1. Leading
continuous manufacturing plant to achieve the improved production
efficiency and desired quality with ISO compliance.
2. Review of analytical results with staff and take
necessary corrective and preventive actions to maintain the required
productivity.
3. Ensure the performance of Utilities
4. Motivate and lead all supervisors and workers for achieving the agreed performance objectives.
5. Prepare Annual Revenue and Capital budget for Production based on annual sales plan and shutdown plan.
6. Plan and carry out Annual Operating Quantity(AOQ) and Purchase
planning.
7. Review processing schedules or production
orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing
requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering
budgetary limitations and time constraints
8. Coordination for facility or equipment maintenance or modification.
9. Ensuring the recruitment of right people for production team.
10. Ensuring world-class housekeeping of entire production area.
11. Maintain current knowledge of the quality control field, relying on
current literature pertaining to materials use, technological advances
or statistical studies.
12. Implementing required safety standards for ensuring zero accident in company.
13. Ensuring compliance of SOPs and Safety norms in the production team.
14. Handling shift administration, raw materials, transport and security in lean hours.
15. Ensuring harmonious working relationship amongst team members with
all departments to ensure harmonious industrial relations.
16. Discussions with the Labor Unions to improve work practices.
17. Preparing P&IDs, Mass Balances, PFDs, daily report, weekly report and monthly reports as a part of MIS.
18. Handle all audit queries in terms of documents, comments on observations.
19. Inter-department coordination for troubleshooting, Shutdown and
startup, project, process monitoring and production planning.
Secondary Role:
1. Sanctioning authority of leave and overtime for production department
2. Organizing refresher training for Operators
