We are looking for Procurement Executive for one of our client for their Trivandram Location.
Job Summary
· To explore and search new prospective farmers of Indigo Plantation
· To search for new people to start producing Indigo Cake from Indigo Plant
· To help in negotiating the prices of the product
· To Help us setting up a standardized process of procurement.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Identify local potential sellers for Indigo Dye Cake and Leaves.
· Preparing database of all farmers and farms producing indigo plant and dyes
· Negotiation with the farmers on prices possible.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
-Candidate should be Minimum Graduate in any stream, preference will be given to the candidates belonging from agriculture/biotech background
-Proficiency in Hindi/ English is a must.
-Proficiency in the local language is a must to communicate with farmers.
-Candidate should be from Tindivanam town or from nearby places. Knowledge of the indigo plant is a value addition. MS Office and Internet Proficiency is a must.
Note- Candidate can work from his respective hometown, but will require visiting farmers for negotiation.
