Monthly CTC: As per the market standards

Expected shift Timing: Between 09:00 Am to 08:00 Pm,9 Hours shift
Weekly off: Sunday fixed off
Division/Department: Training Department
Reports to: Training – AM/Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• The trainer should be familiar with the training program curriculum to facilitate the development of the trainee’s learning objectives and evaluation requirements
• Ensure that all training requirements are completed on time
• Plan and improve training workshops and projects to monitor and groom poor performers
• Ability to execute training tasks/assignment on short notice

•Qualification:
• Any Graduation.
Work Experience and Skill Requirements:
• Sales sector experience will be Preferred
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel)
• Customer sales and service training experience (minimum of 1.5 years as a Trainer).
• Must understand English & should be able to communicate in English proficiently
