● Identify, qualify and nurture cross-sell/ up-sell opportunities and build relationships with client’s key decision-makers to understand upcoming opportunities
Documentation:
● Proposal and Scope of Work ownership (Get the SoW/ BRD/ Proposal and SLA Sign-off) | ● Assist the Account Mgr. in closing legal documents (such as Service and Support Agreements etc.) | ● Frequently update and maintain the repository of latest product documents, demo videos, templates and track the status of all active opportunities | ● Maintain and Update opportunity status in the pre-sales tracker. | ● Maintain Customization and Change Requests (account-wise) in the pre-sales tracker
Lead Generation:
● Identify prospective leads via client references. It could be internal (separate division) or external. | ● Regularly attend industry events, build relationships and generate leads.
Project Handover to PM and Support teams
● Officially handover the Project within 2 days from the date of Agreement sign-off | ● Provide all signed-off documents to the Project Implementation team and Support team Product Feedback:
● Update the Product team on Client’s feedback of the product and any other market insights | ● Liaison with the product and sales teams to deliver any new product features for existing / prospective clients |
