· Reach out to prospective customer’s basis the customer enquiries over phone.
· Ensuring customers visit the project sites
· Interacting with customers
· Providing Customer support/Customer Care
· Making Outbound calls from the database provided by the Sales team.
· Follow up calls and emails with the clients interested in the projects and to ensure that they visit the site.
· Attending meetings, Business conference, Exhibitions, Channel partner meet etc.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
