# Compulsory CMC & VMC Machine Production handling is must.
• Receiving Schedules from various customers, compiling the schedules, release the monthly, weekly & daily plan requirements to materials team.
• Ensuring the material availability for production in advance to avoid the line stoppages
• Monitoring the production outputs, delivery adherence against the customer schedules
• Finding shortfalls and resolve them time to time with maximum effort
• Schedule Vs. Actual review, maintaining the run rate & implement actions for the variances
• Stock monitoring at customer end, Transit and Warehouse and maintaining the stock levels to reduce the inventory as well as no customer line stoppage
• Defining the lead time and inventory levels based on customer location and daily requirement
• Based on customer pull preparing the day-wise production plan and ensure the availability of materials in advance
• Considering the pipe line stocks and finished goods, prepare and circulate the sub assembly welding plan and monitoring the adherence.
• Production, sales and inventory Report preparation and circulation to the management including corporate.
