The Play Area Team Member is responsible for dealing with customers in the play centre, over the phone, on WhatsApp and email.
The Team member is also responsible for ensuring that the play area, birthday parties, activities and cafe are running smoothly in the play centre.
The online activities also need to be planned and executed by the team member!
The Team Member will also be responsible for tasks for marketing in terms of talking to customers in the play centre, over the phone, WhatsApp messages and email.
