Suavis India is hiring a PHP Developer with prior consulting experience to join our growing Customer Experience Practice and Digital Transformation in our Pune office.
As a PHP Developer, you will build high performance, highly scalable, fault tolerant back-ends for critical internal systems. You will design and build highly usable, powerful, clean, and beautiful Web UIs. You will work closely with a small agile team of talented engineers, collaborating with users and product owners as well as other engineering teams and operations to design, build, and deploy top-quality applications.
Skills Needed:
- Need to develop applications in PHP, HTML5, JQuery, Bootstrap, CSS3 and Node JS.
- Need to interact with Team Leads, QA team, Deployment team
- Need to interact with in-house and external customers
- Need to interact with internal team members for integrated development
- Need to have good communication skills
- Need to have experience in developing projects using PHP, MySQL, HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, JQuery charts, CSS3, Elastic Search and Node JS
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, PHP and Javascript
- Experience with Javascript frameworks like ReactJS, Redux, AngularJS, Jquery, Node.js, React.js, Backbone.js, Java8, MongoDB, Cassandra, AWS, Docker, Dropwizard, Linux, Kafka, NoSQL
- 4+ years experience with 2 or more of the following programming languages: Node.js (strongly preferred), C#, Java, and PHP
- Understanding of common API technologies and communication protocols (REST, SOAP, HTTP(S), SSH, Powershell etc.)
- Experience with consuming RESTful web services.
- Experience with AGILE development tools & processes (GIT, SVN, Jenkins, bug tracking applications)
- Scripting (Python, Javascript, Bash, Powershell) knowledge is a plus
- Relevant knowledge of database systems and the SQL language
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work directly with our developer community.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
