- Should be strong on Strategic planning of marketing and promotional calendar to drive business in line with AOP targets
- Should have managed sourcing team with continuous feedback for improvements in product and capabilities
- Should have driven digital strategy & customer promos
- Keep a regular check on business P&L working closely with Top Management, Cross-functional teams to drive business in line with long term plans
