Job description

You are expected to handle relationship management with our vendors/partners
Manage the existing vendors to ensure positions are filled at the earliest.
Identify and onboard new vendors, (recruitment consultants) for fulfilling requirements at the earliest for both full-time and contractual positions.
Evaluation of vendors on a regular basis to ensure we have effective partners.
Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.
Would be responsible to hire resources as per the organization's requirements & within defined timelines through partners.
Would be responsible to manage big volumes of open positions as well as niche demands
Capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
Manages the complete life cycle of recruitment (sourcing via and vendors facilitate offer
process)
Keep necessary trackers, reports, and databases related to recruitment updated at all
times.
Do the market research to understand and ensure proper vendor empanelment.
Regular email and telephonic conversations and follow-ups with the vendors.
Updating the CTS and other required Excel sheets.
Updating the joiner details and closure achieved in the system.
