Our Firm is looking for a full-time paralegal who specializes in Personal Injury. We are looking for someone who has experience and a strong background in this area. Must be a strong writer and have worked in this field for at least one year. We would appreciate the applicant to bring sample of past for our viewing.
Responsibilities:
Ordering Medical Records and bills to maintain client files
Drafting Settlement Demands and Mediation Statements
Drafting and filing pleadings
Drafting summons and complaints and electronic filing
Drafting Motions, depositions and trial preparation
Responding to discovery,
Discovery/Interrogatories
Need Knowledge in Trial Works.
Drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and all other related court forms
Need Experience in the case management software (such as Needles, Time Matters, West Law, Lexis Nexus, Case Map, Abacus Law., etc.,)
Candidate must have good communication skills, attention to detail
Willing to work in Night Shift
