Monitor the performance of financial and operational plans of the outlet which support the overall objectives of the outlet
Effectively manage the outlet by ensuring the following:
Implementation of standards as detailed in the Company standards and procedures manual
Implementation of hygiene standards
Adherence to opening and closing procedures
Adherence to bill paying procedures
Motivate staff to provide good service experience during all shifts
Stock control and related data maintenance
Oversee the delivery of superior services to all guests ensuring the utmost quality and care is delivered including prompt response to requests and the effective resolution of all complaints to the satisfaction of guests
Ensure that product quality and service standards are met at the outlet pertaining to physical appearance, maintenance and cleanliness
Protect the physical assets of the outlet through regular maintenance
Ensure timely reporting of accurate information from the outlet with regards to the daily and monthly reports
Provide regular and adhoc reports to Operations Manager/Territory Manager about financial and operational performance of the outlet
Ensure all complaints are handled promptly and closed as per set company standards
o Inform Operations Manager/Territory Manager within 5 minutes of occurrence of the complaint
o Follow up with guest to ensure closure along with Operations Manager/Territory Manager
o Ensure long term solutions as complaints do not occur again
