Parameters for Selection of Telecalller – Health & Motor Retail:
· Academic results at all levels (10th, 12th, Graduation), should be good
· Minimum experience of 5 to 7 years. But make sure he/she has not worked in more than 2 companies
· Past experience in some insurance broking firm only
· Handled the motor insurance, commercial insurance + retail health policies in the past and if also have some idea about life insurance products
· Excellent calling skills
- To make outgoing calls to people – corporate customers / online lead generation customers.
- Cross Selling
- To inform them about product/new products and services.
- To try and sell the products and services to clients
- To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
- To generate more leads from the reference and people outcalled.
- To enter the details of every interaction in the system. / Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
However, as a general rule, all outbound telecallers do these three things:
- Make outbound calls to people,
- Try and Meet the purpose of the call.
- Enter details of interaction in the system.
- Close the leads
