Job description

  • Be a part of us to manage channel partners operations in terms of effective & efficient service delivery and Citizen’s delight
  • Result oriented individual with past experience financial services operations, Citizen Services network, handling of channel partners network,
  • Be responsible to roll out centers in the region with proper branding
  • Be responsible for efficient operations of each canter In the specified region
  • Be responsible for seamless experience to Citizens across centers
  • Launch effective schemes and service offerings
  • Increase services sales and help achieve targets
  • Take care of Complaints and suggestions of center and citizens both
  • Travel extensively to visit center and spend time at center for collection of ground feedback
