- Doing preventive maintenance of sites and Enterprise clients.
- Resolving power issues related to SMPS and UPS
- Carrying Link migrations with proper Line of Site survey.
- Configuration of radio equipment , switches etc.
- Attending down Calls related to Field equipment installed on sites and Enterprise clients (Wireless antennas, Switches, cable etc.)
- Arranging spares for replacement and handling faulty equipment to warehouses.
- Installations of radio links
