Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visiting different locations in and near by facilities for customers’ training purposes.
• Adding trip details in the desktop/phone.
• Handling and Training customers on mobile and desktop application.
• Preparation of Daily MIS for different clients
• Handling Customer queries and providing solutions.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to managers

Key skills required:

• Communication skills - Verbal (Hindi and English is must + Regional language) + Written
• Technical competency- Computer knowledge + Excel (basic)
• Flexibility- Night shift, 6 days working, travelling to client locations
• Problem solving/analytical ability- assess situations and provide solutions.

Current shifts:

7:00 AM till 4:00 PM

1:30 PM till 10:30 PM

Location: Andheri East

Only Male Candidates prefer.
